In anticipation of the effective date of the Construction Industry Security of Payment Ordinance (Cap. 652) on 28 August 2025, HKICAdj is delivering the first adjudication training course for individuals who wish to gain knowledge about the adjudication process under the Ordinance. This course also provides knowledge on the NEC ECC adjudication frameworks and will be delivered by experienced adjudicators, delay analysis and quantum expert, and other expert trainers.
Course Structure:
Day 1 (12 April) – 9:30am-5pm
Mr Edward Chin - Common ADR forms, Contract Law, Tort Law, Rules of Evidence
Day 2 (13 April) – 9:30am-5pm
