About The Event:

HKICAdj is delivering an Adjudicators Accreditation Training Course to provide construction professionals with insights about contractual and statutory adjudication. This training course will be discussing the proposed Security of Payment Legislation (SOPL) in Hong Kong and also integrating with NEC3 and NEC4 ECC adjudication frameworks. This course will be delivered by experienced adjudicators and expert trainers.

HKICAdj is an ANB (Adjudicator Nominating Body) in private sector in Hong Kong. The purpose of this accreditation training course is to provide professional training to qualified adjudicators to engage in future adjudication practice.

Day 1 (): Different ADR Forms, Contract Law, Tort Law, Rules of Evidence15 October 2023

Day 2 (): Fundamentals of Construction Law, Fundamentals of Adjudication, Key Features of NEC Contract, NEC Dispute Resolution Clause22 October 2023
