Peter is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with over 27 years' experience in commercial / contract roles on a diverse range of construction and engineering projects in Hong Kong, Macau and Australia.

Peter has worked in senior management roles on behalf of both contractor and client and is experienced in commercial/contract management functions including procurement, contract administration, project reporting, corporate compliance, negotiation and settlement of final accounts.

Peter has experience in the management, preparation, negotiation and defence of contractual claims and in preparation of quantum assessments for expert reports. He has experience with both mediation and arbitration proceedings and has worked alongside solicitors and clients to provide detailed substantiation in dispute work.

Peter’s experience encompasses civil engineering, buildings and general government infrastructure, marine works, integrated casino resorts, railways, power stations, hospitals and water treatment facilities.
