With a Chartered Engineer title since 1998, Philip Fung capitalizes on 26 years of proficiency in project management, planning, and delay analysis, focusing predominantly on large-scale infrastructure projects. A member of the HKIE and IMechE, he progressed from a Project Manager to a Planning Manager, highlighting his adeptness in comprehensive planning and effective communication. His extensive project spectrum involves collaborations with notable clients like WSD, DSD, WSD, ASD, EMSD, BD, HK Housing Authority, URA, HKCU, HKUST, and HKAA. Philip's specialization in time and delay management is evident through his skillful execution of schedule analysis and delay mitigation strategies, ensuring projects are executed promptly and within budget constraints. He showcases his commitment to successful project delivery in the construction domain.

Avan’s profile:

Avan is a professional Quantity Surveyor and is also an accredited Mediator and Adjudicator.

Avan is one of the founding presidents of the Hong Kong Institute of Delay Analysts and Planners.

Avan has extensive experience as a Commercial Manager on several large-scale infrastructure megaprojects. In this capacity, he was responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of these complex projects.

Additionally, Avan has worked as a Planner and Delay Analyst on these megaprojects. His primary areas of expertise include time and cost management, with a proven track record of successfully analyzing project schedules, identifying and mitigating delays, and implementing cost control measures to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
