About The Event
The upcoming one-day adjudication workshop will be delivered by Albert Yeu. The workshop will explore the origin and characteristics of statutory and contractual adjudication, the adjudication process, powers of an adjudicator, enforceability and challenges of the adjudicator’s decision, followed by the proposed Security of Payment Legislation in Hong Kong. Albert will also discuss with the participants a few illustrative cases.
Albert is an arbitrator, adjudicator, civil engineer, and quantity surveyor with more than 20 years of working experience. He is also one of the founders of HKICAdj.
